  • The best way to take care of your favorite organic clothes is by hanging them up or folding them to put away instead of throwing them on the floor like we sometimes do with our clothes. If you really want to take care of your ‘yes’ clothes, don’t forget to tell them how much you love them.

    But besides from that, here is a cotton care guide:

    ♥ Handwash or machine wash with not more than 30°C water temperature
    ♥ Normal or mild detergent (toxic-free is best)
    ♥ Wash inside out and with similar colors
    ♥ Easiest to re-shape while damp
    ♥ Air Dry
    ♥ DO NOT Iron the print

    When washing please consider the environmental impact of the resources used.

    *Disclaimer: 100% Organic cotton may shrink with washing if proper care instructions are not followed because it is not chemically treated.

    We ship free of charge internationally.

    Your Order will be dispatched within 3 business days and you will receive the tracking information via email.

    All shipments are send via DHL/DHL EXPRESS.

    For shipments outside of the EU Custom Custom Taxes & Duties may apply.

    Returns

    We love that you said ‘yes’ to our range! But you are allowed to change your mind and if you feel that ‘yes’ turns into a ‘no’ then please do send your item/s back to us, as long as it is within 14 days and the item/s are in the same unworn condition as they were sent. We are not about overflowing wardrobes and careless clothing. We’re all about slow fashion and want you to really love the piece you ordered.

    Rules for returns:

    ♥ Must be returned within 14 days of the items being shipped from our fulfillment centers
    ♥ Items are to be returned in their original packaging
    ♥ Tags to be attached to the unworn item/s
    ♥ Items that contain any evidence of wear, stains, or odors will not be accepted.

    Should these rules not be followed, A Cosmic Yes reserves the right to return the item back to you upon the purchaser’s expense and/or no refund for that item.
